However, lifting those car seats is pretty heavy. Then add swinging it back and forth for 10 or so minutes on top of that, and it is really exhausting on the arms! (Although an excellent arm workout!)
We decided it was time to invest in a swing.
Carson loves it. The mobile spins around, and there's a mirror that he'll just look at, entranced, until he falls asleep. The swing has an AC adapter, which saves us from spending money on batteries. And it has different speed settings and music. Best of all, it saves my arms from falling off!
Best invention ever. :)
I have always wanted an adult-sized version of one of these, and Carson's looks like the deluxe model. Move over little buddy! :)
