the fair

Last Friday (August 1st), I took Carson to the local fair. Admission was free, so why not?! (if only that delightful-looking funnel cake could have been!) We walked around all the booths, overly-priced-but-delicious-looking food, and rides. And we finally came upon the animals. They had pony rides, a dog show, bunnies, hens, roosters, goats, and even a couple of camels! Carson really loved looking at them, despite almost losing a foot to the camel! ;-) We definitely had fun, and it was a good distraction from the new top teeth he's getting.
